FW19 Couture

Inspired by the gothic and darkly romantic stories of Edgar Allan Poe and illustrations of Harry Clarke and Aubrey Beardsley, the Couture FW19 collection 'All the springs of a winter' presents a hidden spring, like this black and white binomial piece that features a fitted tulle mini-dress on which two fluid overcoats of the same material fall, each layer being decorated with embroideries of different motifs, rhinestones and lace. The dress is finished by an ostrich feather neckline and two large taffeta bows that fall down the shoulders.
