YOLANCRIS REVISITS ITS BOHO ORIGINS: 7 keys of B by Yolancris
Yolancris presents B by Yolancris, a new line of boho wedding dresses that brings back the folk and Ibizan imaginary of which she was pioneer.
After 15 years designing collections for rebel and unique brides and exploring her personal universe inspired by Art Nouveau, the Pre-Raphaelite painters or 70s rock’n roll, the creative director and designer Yolanda Pérez goes back to her origins and to her boho designs in a new line of wedding dresses. These are the keys of B by Yolancris.

BOHO
Also described as hippie deluxe by fashion critic and connoisseur Suzy Menkes, the boho style is casual, with ethnic details, Navajo touches and a folk-style that translates into fringes, ruffles, flowing fabrics, materials and textures mix & match,  slim fit vs. XXL…

MEDITERRANEAN A pioneer in creating collections inspired by the Mediterranean and the Ibizan folk style, ‘B’ by Yolancris brings back and revisits this universe creating a collection of designs rich in details, embroideries and appliques.

VINTAGE PATTERNS
Draped in strategic places, mermaid silhouettes, round necklines combined with long sleeves… The vintage pattern designs are very present in the collection, maintaining the folk inspiration line with 30s and 70s touches.

4. CROCHET
Loyal to her trajectory, crochet has a great role in the collection alongside other natural cotton and linen fabrics such as crepe, plumetti or tulle.

5. GUIPURE
With referents such as Jane Birkin or Bianca Jagger, the guipure is present in mermaid silhouettes and two piece dresses, and is combined with transparencies, fringes and lace, being white and ivory the predominant colours.

6. MERMAID SILHOUETTES
Sinuous mermaid silhouettes are one of the favourite of the house and could not be missing in any of the bridal collections. Combined with a pair of heels, they stylize the figure and give the retro, sophisticated and elegant touch to any look.

7. ATTITUDE
It is 50% of your look. Not all the weight falls on the dress, styling and especially attitude also come into play. To wear any garment it is important that you feel comfortable and strong so that you can defend it with confidence.
